HxGN OnCall Public Safety Solutions Now Available on Microsoft Azure

2019 has been an exciting year so far. At HxGN LIVE in Las Vegas, we launched HxGN OnCall, a comprehensive, cohesive portfolio of public safety solutions. Its capabilities span dispatch, records, analytics, and more. One of the great features of the new portfolio is how it can be deployed according to a public safety agency’s needs, whether that’s on-premises or in the cloud. And, today, we are excited to introduce another deployment option for agencies.

The HxGN OnCall portfolio of public safety solutions is now available as a managed service offering deployed on Microsoft Azure. The new offering brings next-generation public safety technologies to agencies of all sizes by lowering the total cost of ownership and enabling faster deployments with reduced resources and capital expenditure. By deploying HxGN OnCall on Azure, agencies can also enjoy system enhancements and features that remain continually up-to-date.

As many of you know, public safety agencies are facing a widening scope of mission and new challenges. At the same time, accelerating IT cycles are making it increasingly expensive to maintain current IT environments. This situation is prompting public safety agencies to move their critical services to the cloud, so they can keep up with changing technology requirements and public expectations in a cost-effective way. Our new managed service option allows agencies of all sizes to make this move with technologies and partners theytrust. Hexagon and Microsoft provide the industry-leading expertise, security, and experience agencies need to transition to the cloud effectively and efficiently.

The new managed service offering is available for HxGN OnCall Dispatch, HxGN OnCall Analytics, and HxGN OnCall Records. To learn more, visit www.hexagonsafetyinfrastructure.com/managedservice.
