Podcast: Safety in the Silicon Valley

Nestled between the Diablo and Santa Cruz mountains in northern California, the cities of Mountain View, Palo Alto, and Los Altos have consolidated their public safety technologies.

By using this approach to computer-aided dispatch, mobile response, records management, and field-based reporting, police departments in these cities have been able to rapidly share incident data with each other, dispatch the right first responders faster, and lower their total cost of technology ownership.
